Greenhouse Media (GhM) produced two touchscreen exhibits for the American Philosophical Society Museum's exhibition Jefferson, Science and Exploration. For one screen, titled Expanding the Map: Exploration in the Time of Jefferson, GhM animated historical maps and used original illustrations and notes made by pioneering American explorers to enable visitors to learn about the early American exploration and scientific research supported by Thomas Jefferson. The second screen, titled Animal, Vegetable, Mineral: Carolus Linnaeus' System of Nature, viewers could explore the influential 18th C. scientists' body of work through illustrations and text.
