FAIRMOUNT WATER WORKS EXHIBITS
Client: Habithéque for Fairmount Water Works & The Philadelphia Water Department
GhM worked with Fairmount Water Works (FWW) on film production, exhibition design and integration for the immersive installation The Curious Flow of Water, in the Pump Room of FWW’s historical site. The 270º projection and soundtrack immerses viewers in images representing the water cycle in and around the Schuylkill River watershed. The poem Rising from the book Flow, by Beth Kephart, is woven through the film, offering the audience fleeting impressions of life around the river.
